CrewCard automatically sends the Section 1 invitation once a staff's first shift status changes to Confirmed.

Staff Completes Section 1

Staff can complete Section 1 digitally using the email invitation or from an Authorized Representative's device. Information is pre-filled, so staff only need to review, confirm and sign. In most cases, this can be completed in under 60 seconds.

Authorized Representative Completes Section 2

An Authorized Representative can review documents and complete Section 2 directly within CrewCard within the required 3 business days. A reminder will be sent to keep the process on track.

Admin Review and Approval

Once completed, admins can review submitted Form I-9 records and approve the form. A PDF with activity logs and timestamps is automatically generated for compliance record keeping.
