The Premium plan includes access to core CrewCard features such as scheduling, job management, messaging, compliance tools, and up to 20 active users, plus standard storage and support.
An active user is any staff member who is assigned and confirmed on any shifts within the platform during a billing cycle.
If your account surpasses the 20 active users included in your plan, an additional per-user fee will apply. These charges are automatically calculated based on actual usage.
